2021 has been a roller coaster of a year for everyone across the globe. We entered the New Year with high hopes of bouncing back from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, with the first quarter itself, things started to stumble. With the second and third waves of the pandemic hitting different countries, the general morale and business optimism both took a nosedive.
However, there was no dearth of organizations that wanted to get online and digitalize their businesses. And we, like always, were at their service.
Whether it was using technology for seamless COVID detection, to helping brick and mortar retail stores set up a shopfront online, we never shied away from delivering bespoke tech-backed solutions to our clients in these difficult times.
And I am glad that the entire team of SynergyTop had each other’s back. We also expanded our team further by onboarding various industry experts in our technical, sales, and marketing teams.
I also want to acknowledge the fact that the employees of SynergyTop have displayed exemplary talent and dedication in these tough and trying times.
Our team was dispersed, working from beds and couches, but still connected through digital channels. That’s how we managed to deliver 350+ projects during 2021 to our recurring and new clients.
And in all our projects that we took up and delivered this year, we were extremely focused on two important aspects – excellence in innovation and focus on customer services.
And that’s why we were inclined towards designing and developing solutions that leverage new-age technologies, create and not just follow trends, and deliver joy (in some way or the other!) to the end-user.
Whether it be creating a cancer detection app with the use of Machine Learning in the mHealth niche or a learning management system for an LGBTQ+ mentorship platform, we have always engaged with businesses that are as unique and inclined towards innovation as we are.
Further, this year we focused our attention on the renewable energy sector with special emphasis on Solar Energy.
Our tech experts developed applications that facilitate switching to solar either by helping people calculate and understand the long-run cost advantages of solar energy or by offering a marketplace for solar energy service providers.
Some of the other creative projects that we took up were in the field of eLearning with clients like e-INSCRIPTIONS with whom we collaborated to deliver a bespoke educational and learning platform to students during the pandemic.
Our team also delivered desirable results to companies like Machadalo who are the rising star in the Hyperlocal marketing niche.
SynergyTop also did extended digital asset maintenance and management and digital marketing services to several clients in 2021.
And, I am proud to say that we did great at our jobs.
How am I so sure about that?
Well, it is our clients’ reviews and testimonials that have proved our exceptional work ethic and capacity to deliver more than promised. We are proud of having all 5-star ratings on revered platforms like Clutch, Good firms, and Digital.com.
And it was not just those who we worked with who sang praises about us. We have also been appreciated and awarded by our peers in the IT and digital commerce industry. We have received 20 awards and mentions from industry insiders and review platforms in 2021, which made us the top digital commerce company, San Diego.
With happy clients, employees that are more like family to me, and the privilege of working in a supportive and appreciative industry, I would like to bid 2021 adieu!
This year has been a learning, rewarding, and enriching experience for each one of us at SynergyTop and I hope this will continue in 2022 and beyond.
