SynergyTop offered custom Shopify development services to Hiya Health
Our client, Hiya Health, is a well-known provider of essential super nutrients for kids, which help in their growth. They deliver 15 essential vitamins and minerals sweetened in taste, with monk fruit, not sugar formulated by pediatricians and parents. They have a complete range of nutrient-dense chewable tablets, organic fruits, and veggies made in the USA and recommended by scientists and nutrition experts.
Client’s Goals
Like any other eCommerce store owner, our client also wanted to maximize revenue via upselling on their online shop. For that, they identified Cart Hook as the third-party app to be used. With our association, Hiya Health wanted to ensure a smooth and viable implementation and testing of the third-party integration.
The Challenge
While the Cart Hook is easy to integrate with Shopify, our client had a custom Shopify store. To ensure that the third-party app integration does not interfere with or cause issues with their online store, they need technically sound eCommerce experts to do the needful. They also wanted to ensure detailed testing before the integration went live.
The solution
To help our client upsell using their Shopify website, our team of eCommerce development experts delivered the following solution:
- We started by integrating and setting up the Cart Hook plugin on the Hiya Health website without disturbing any of the existing features, functionalities, or design elements.
- Our team then configured the integration plugin as per the needs of the client to make sure the upsell options appeared post-purchase as and where the client deemed fit.
- We then carried out rigorous testing for the plugin to be 100% sure that the integration was working as required and was delivering the required results.
The results
With our prompt and proactive services, Hiya Health now has a fully-functional upsell functionality on their website which helps them enhance revenue and boost growth.
