Client’s Goals

Our client offers a wide range of products that meet the varying needs of their diverse set of audiences. To help their audience get the right products, they needed a virtual product register that can act as a searchable database.

The Challenge

As our client was using Shopify as the platform for their eCommerce store, very little customization was possible. However, by using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, our team was entrusted with the responsibility of adding custom product register functionality along with a smart search feature.

The Solution

To help Hi-Lux achieve the results they were looking for, our team delivered the following solutions:

• We created a custom “product register” app for the backend admin panel.
• We added pagination and searching functionality in the records table to ensure easy access to products.
• We also developed a product registration form in the app admin UI.
• We resolved the issue of the product registration page on the front end to ensure seamless access for our client, Hi-Lux, and their end users.
• We further added the list of the registered products to the account page.
