Our client is a US-based telehealth platform that works to ensure that patients can book appointments with world-class physical therapists and quickly and easily get virtual consultation. For physical therapists, the platform reduces the gaps in their schedules, and thus helps curb revenue loss.

The primary goal of the platform is to facilitate smooth scheduling of physical therapy appointments for both patients and therapists. The platform currently offers physical therapy-related services but they have plans to expand to occupational therapy, speech therapy, nutrition therapy and more.

Key Challenges:

The platform for appointment scheduling had to be robust enough to meet the dynamic needs of its diverse users. The key challenges included:
