SynergyTop Developed SaaS, Web, and Mobile Lead Management Platform For Machadalo Which Helped Them Enhance Lead Conversions By 40%

Machadalo is a seed-funded company incepted in 2015 and has now become a one-stop solution for clients’ advertising needs. The company offers two Chatbot-based solutions for their customers.

Machadalo starts by identifying your multiple products and services, and the related Target Group (TG). It then breaks down city-level geographies into multiple Hyperlocal spaces and based on the TG and the product and services, designs unique and specific campaigns for the shortlisted Hyperlocal Spaces, resulting in more focused targeting and a higher number of impressions per prospective client.

Key Challenges:

Upon initial discussion, the C-level executives at Machadalo discussed with us the following challenges that they were facing:

  • Machadalo, even after offering two stunning chatbot-based solutions was unable to gather more leads.
  • The hot or warm leads that Machadalo gathered often turned cold due to a lack of proper lead management. Most leads weren’t getting transferred to the right suppliers at the right time.
  • Getting information about the leads was a complicated task. There was no single platform where all lead details could be accessed.

Business Needs Synopsis

Based on the problem outlined by the team at Machadalo, the business developers at SynergyTop, helped them outline the following business needs to be fulfilled in their engagement with us –

  • To begin with, Machadalo needed a lead management platform that would offer lead information, allow scope for transferring leads to the designated supplier at the right time, lead stage managing, and not let the leads turn cold.
  • To be accessible to all stakeholders, the platform had to be available on multiple devices. The solution had to be accessible on mobile, through web browsers, and even as a SaaS platform.
  • Given that Machadalo was aiming to get more and more leads, the platform so designed and developed should be capable enough to onboard multiple businesses willing to enter into business relations with Machadalo

SynergyTop’s Solution

After carefully understanding the agreed-upon business needs of the famous advertising giant, the team of developers at SynergyTop developed the following solutions:

  • Completely new SaaS, Web, and Mobile (Android) architectures were developed for the lead generation platform for Machadalo. This ensured universal access to the solution.
  • The lead management platform was built including Jira, Confluence, Invision-App, and GoTo Meeting to ensure that the different projects of the Machadalo team were managed seamlessly.
  • The team at Machadalo wanted to have a feature-loaded platform and so a lot of third-party integrations were done. Some of the prominent integrations were with Twilio and Stripe Payment Gateway.
  • To maintain the security of the solution and avoid unauthorized access Signup/Sign in authentication with Auth0 was included.
  • The solution was also available as a SaaS platform so Cloud AWS Server Setup and AWS Services like SES, SNS, Cloud-watch, Load-balancer, S3 bucket, etc were also included.
