An innovative startup that helps users to sell, rent and monitor construction tools. The company’s main objective is to track all tools, instruments, and devices used in construction work.

The company is on a mission to save time and energy which is required to track all the construction tools. Our Client offers its services to all small and mid-sized contractors in the USA to manage their tool inventory.

Key Challenges

• Manual data entry related to inventory management caused multiple errors and a biometric authentication system was the need of the hour.
• The client had a wide user base, which included both Android and iOS users. So they need an application that would be available for both platforms.
• Though the concept on which the company operated was great, their ROI was low. They need an application that could boost user satisfaction and thereby the company’s revenue.
• The company was also struggling to build brand visibility and get referral business. Having a result-oriented referral strategy integrated into the app was of prime concern to them.

Business Needs Synopsis

After reviewing the client’s requirements that they wanted to rent, sell, deliver and monitor all the equipment under a time limit with a hassle-free tracking system we did the following operations.

• To bring clients’ ideas to fruition, we mutually agreed on a tech stack containing Node Js, React, and ReactJs. Also, the client had a far vision for 3rd party integration to set up the Twillo, Stripe Payment Gateway so the Synergy Top team set up AWS Services like – SES, Cloud-watch, Load-balancer, S3 bucket.
• To make the application alluring and user-friendly we have used a proper user interface (UI), graphics. Implementation of project management tools Jira, Confluence, Invision-App, and GoToMeeting.
• The Synergy Team made a hierarchical structure of the admin panel to avoid the problem of ambiguity.
• We also set up a subscription plan for referral users.
