- Create apps for Path Elements that can be used by end-users for various tasks
- Create a solid digital presence using a website that will be the first point of contact for the online personality assessment tool
- Allow the client’s internal team to easily access the platform’s backend using accounts with super admin permission.

As per discussion and deliberations with the client, we delivered the following solutions.
- We used a broad stack of technologies including ReactJS, VueJs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the front end, PHP (Laravel) on the backend, MySQL as the database, and AWS service.
- We created a digital front for them in the form of their website homepage.
- Created the updated Path Elements scoring algorithm and updated the new method to replace the old one.
- Ensured different login permission levels which allow users to take basic personality assessments and the Path Elements team to accomplish backend admin tasks.
- Made provisions for users to view different reports like – Quick individual reports, detailed individual reports, compatibility reports, group reports, group roster reports, etc.
