These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zoho Integration app (“App”) developed by Synergytop. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App enables synchronization and field mapping between your monday.com boards and Zoho CRM modules, allowing for the exchange of data between the two platforms.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have valid accounts with monday.com and Zoho that have the necessary permissions for integration.

4. Account and Authorization

When you use the App, you are required to authorize it to connect with both monday.com and Zoho. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any actions taken under your accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse it. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, using the App for unlawful purposes, attempting to reverse engineer its functionality, or interfering with the security or availability of the App, monday.com, or Zoho services.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you transfer or process through the App. We process this data only as necessary to provide integration functionality at your direction.

7. Payment Terms

If the App is offered as a paid service, applicable pricing, billing cycles will be communicated to you prior to purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergytop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
