The telecom giant contacted us primarily for enhancing their prepaid card portal. The key challenges include:

• The complex architecture of the system. Working around complex architecture required a lot of skill and perseverance. 
• On-time delivery. The task was complicated but had to be implemented as soon as possible so as to not cause a loss of market opportunity for our client.
• Integration with Siebel and OSB systems was another challenge that our efficient time had to solve for the client.
