About the Role

SynergyTop Softlab Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT services sales, client acquisition, online bidding, and revenue generation through global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outbound lead generation.
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into long-term business relationships.
• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with international clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare tailored project solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay updated with market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in IT Services or Software Services Sales.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer bidding platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outbound sales.
• Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Experience working with US and international clients.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
