Our customer is a new-age US-based business that operates in the medical supplies industry and facilitates the management and sale of first aid products and medical kits for hospitals, pharmacists and suppliers.

Whether it is adding multiple employees in different roles or creating custom kits and adding medical products with details, the organization had a requirement for a web and mobile-based digital application that lets end users do the tasks with ease.

• An interactive and welcoming frontend for the platform that can be easily used by a diverse set of users to meet a multiplicity of their needs. If the user-side of the website is clunky, it would lead to low user retention on the site.
• A strong backend that can help sustain the company’s growing user base. It had to be stable enough to sustain high traffic without speed issues.
• A secure application that ensures easy restocking orders with no privacy concerns for the users. The app leaves no chance for data leaks or user details being sold to third-parties.

SynergyTop’s Solution

To ensure that all the business needs were met, SynergyTop implemented the following solutions:

• The applications are available in two editions, the Standard and the Enterprise edition. This ensures that the different needs of a diverse set of users are suitably met. While the Standard edition has all the basic features (good frontend, strong backend, and security), the Enterprise edition comes with an additional level of classifications of roles that lets user place orders for multiple businesses and even add their own distributors, agents, and end-customers using the platform.
• We used React and React Native, two of the best frontend technologies to ensure a seamless user experience. With React we were able to build a high-performing and interactive UI for the web application. And React Native ensured code reusability and speed while developing the mobile application.
• Python was used as the server-side technology, which allowed URL rerouting, database access, web security, and HTTPS requests and responses.
• MySQL and AWS were picked as the database and server, respectively, for the project as they are top-notch solutions in the field. With the use of MySQL database, we ensured data security, round-the-clock uptime, and scope for on-demand scalability. And AWS made the project cost-effective while ensuring security.
